How do I get the tour?
Tours are saved on a virtual tour platform. A link and embed code will be provided for your use. Tours will remain active for the length of an active listing (up to one year.) Once the listing expires or when the house sells, the virtual tour will end. Still photos and 360 photos will be provided on either a flash drive or through download.
How much does it cost?
The cost varies from $150 for basic photography, $200 and up for 360 Imagery, and $250 and up for Virtual tours. Prices are based on square footage. Please contact us for a quote for structures over 6000 square feet.
How soon can virtual tours and photography be completed?
Every property is different. The larger the property, the longer it will take. We do our best to start photographing within 48 hours. Depending on the complexity, editing can take some time. A timeline will be provided before any photos or payment are made. We understand that listings are time sensitive and we do our best to make stunning imagery in the most efficient time possible.
